OAL001
Liquid side multi-view imaging system

  • The system does not require multiple cameras or lenses. Only a single camera is needed to obtain the top surface of the object and four orthogonally distributed side images, which can completely cover the side of the object and facilitate the simplification of the visual system.

360° probe type inner wall imaging system

  • The system does not require multiple cameras or lenses. It only needs a single camera with a probe that can be inserted into the hole to obtain a 360° inner side image of the object being measured, which facilitates the simplification of the visual system.
  • Insert into the hole to shoot, and the measurable depth is large
  • With its own light source, both through holes and blind holes can be measured
  • Suitable for inner wall detection of deeper cavities and inner holes

360° Liquid Inner Wall Imaging System

  • One camera needed to capture bottom surface and 360° inner side images of the object being tested from the outside. The liquid lens can quickly focus on different inner diameters and depths, expanding the detection range of the inner wall without extending into the hole.
  • The image is continuous and no splicing is required
  • The integrated liquid lens can achieve fast focus on different inner diameters and depths, improve the detection speed, and expand the detection range
  • Can measure objects with a wide range of inner diameters and depths
  • The minimum measurable inner diameter is extended to 3-4mm, and the ratio of measurable depth to inner diameter can reach up to 6:1

  • The system does not require multiple cameras or lenses. Only a single camera is needed to obtain 8 symmetrically distributed images that can completely cover the side of the object, which facilitates the simplification of the visual system.
  • Suitable for the detection of materials with a diameter of 10-40mm
  • The side viewing angle can reach 45°, and the side image accounts for a large proportion
  • Built-in light source, convenient for supplementary lighting on the top or inner side of the object

Liquid oblique telecentric imaging system

  • The system is specially designed to not only achieve full-field clear imaging of tilted objects, but also high-precision and large depth-of-field measurement perpendicular to the tilted surface, without increasing the mechanical complexity of the system, and with a short response time, which can meet the needs of fast measurement.
  • Used for tilt measurement

High performance internal coaxial telecentric imaging system

  • The system has both excellent imaging performance and excellent lighting uniformity. It adopts special optical design and highly innovative internal structure to eliminate the stray light generated inside the lens to the greatest extent, improve the imaging quality, and at the same time, the emitted light has excellent collimation. The illumination spot is more uniform than the ordinary internal coaxial telecentric lens, which not only saves the space occupied by the external coaxial light source, but also achieves extremely high uniformity.
